Mission Purpose
To inspire an environment where people seek and respond to God
John 4:23 "A time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks."
- Inspiring an environment by leading people in authentic and relevant worship times that utilize a variety of mediums
- Helping people seek God's truth through the teaching of messages, reading of scripture, and selection of lyrical content
- Allowing people to respond in spirit through opportunities of personal expression and corporate participation

- Team Members must profess to be born again
- While there are varying degrees of spiritual maturity, all Team Members must display a willingness to be in humble pursuit of a deepening relationship with Christ
Heart for Worship
- Setting an example in worship of Christ rather than performance
- Sober attitude of leadership; you know your place, your role, and you are willing to resign it if necessary

- Team Members must display a visible commitment to the church
- Team Members must engage in a productive working relationship with other Team Members
- Team Members must commit to and function within a "Family First" attitude based on love for your brother or sister in Christ
