Ministry Mission

That women would grow in knowledge of the Bible and in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, leading us to be joyful, faithful servants of the Lord, firmly rooted in His love as we fulfill God's plan for our lives.

Ministry Goals

• That each woman would experience loving acceptance, warm friendship and spiritual growth.
• That each woman would grow deeper in faith and be transformed by a renewed heart and mind.
• That, through our studies and experiences, we would live our lives differently, glorifying God in our actions, words, choices and thoughts.
• That we would reach and impact other for Christ as we grown in knowledge, boldness and love.

Below are a few ongoing opportunities through Women of Faith.

Bible Study

A weekly morning and evening bible studies focused specifically on helping us grow as women of God through study and application of God's word. This bible study meets at the church.

Friendship Circles

In a warm, safe and friendly home environment the ladies in our friendship circles study biblical topics from various Christian authors. The focus on discussion, fellowship, and support for one another has made these circles a favorite way to grow in Christ and get connected in the church body. The circle leaders hold these monthly meetings on various times and days in their homes.

Prayer Events

Throughout the year we gather as a body of women to pray for our church, our leaders, our nation, ourselves. Sometimes we fast and pray, sometimes we eat and pray! Our time in deep prayer, praying God's word, praising Him and laying our petitions before Him is the most precious time we spend together as a body of women.

Breakaways

There always has to be a time for fun – whether it's a shopping trip, a game night or a time together to knit, learn a new craft, or make something to give away we make sure we save time in the year to get to know each other in a new and different way. You don't want to miss these spirited and sometimes crazy times.

...A Note from the Director

Dear Women of Faith,

As I step into the position of directing Women of Faith, it is with a conviction that this is an important ministry in our church. As I look at today's society and the pressures that we face as women in the world, I realize that Christian women need each other. We need fellowship, encouragement, a place to minister and a place to be ministered to. We need to be built up by Christian friendship and love so that we are better able to go out and be the women God has called us to be to our family, neighbors, workplace, and the world.

Our WOF activities offer you the opportunity to get to better know your sisters here at Faith. We can grow, laugh, and cry together as only women united in Christ's love can. As you participate in the many Women of Faith activities you will be blessed and strengthened as we fellowship together! I encourage you to join us! Try something new, invite a friend, volunteer to help, just come and enjoy!
